Mot today 19thFeb Llandudno, 1 hour great service staff excellent, would use again

Developed a puncture as I drove through Cannock so pulled into the local ATS and even though they were very busy they took the trouble to check my tyre which they found to be damaged beyond repair, They deal with the leasing company and I drove away within the hour with a new tyre one very happy customer. Well done Cannock ATS

ATS CannockI took my classic car for its annual MOT and as always (Kayleigh & John) looked after her perfectly.Very polite courteous staff and stress free experience from start to finish.I would highly recommend this branch of ATS and wouldn't hesitate to return for future services.Mr Davis

Took a fit/healthy car in for 4 tyres and brought an unhealthy car out. Unprofessional staff member and no customer service. The Helston branch of this company is not able to carry out work on automated preasure systems as do not have access to spares. Complaint procedures also not working. You pay your money so spend it wise and seek a professional company.

The lease company specifies ATS for replacing tyres and so I used their mobile fitting service. Booked on Sunday with a Wednesday appointment, but there was a mix up in communication and they came with the wrong tyre. Actually turned out for the best though as the other front tyre was also worn enough to be authorised for replacement and Ben was great, sorting out two tyres and returning the next day to fit them both.In the past I've used ATS Bletchley to swap on and off winter tyres from my personal car and they have always done so quickly and cheaply, so I'm happy that the lease company uses them for replacements for the company car too.

ATS STIRCHLEY BIRMINGHAMOne of our vehicles hadn't been used for a few months due to no need because of Covid, it had a flat, ATS is 200 Yrds from our business so drove it there this morning to get a tyre replaced. Informed that they could probably replace it Monday fair enough no problems. However, asked if they could just put some air in the tyre to get us back the 200yrds the answer was, WE DONT HAVE A FACILITY TO PUT AIR IN TYRES> we have decided not to use ATS as they don't have a facility for air so if they replaced the tyre on Monday we would have to take a foot pump as they have no air facility. There is a tyre place at 10 Acres end Stirchley who has air so try these first and stay away from ATS

PENSIONERS - BEWARE OF THE ATS EUROMASTER CLUB 60 OFFER.......I was ordering 4 tyres on-line about 3 weeks ago through ATS and saw Club 60 (15% discount) so, being of that age, I applied. I waited for over 2 weeks for this to be set up before ordering the tyres.I selected my tyres online but when I came to apply for the 15% discount I was unable to do it. I went on their "chat box" and was advised that this discount gets applied when the tyres are fitted at the centre. I phoned the centre and they said that they were not able to do this. At a loss I tried to contact customer services but was unable to get through. I went to the local centre and they told me that the 15% discount only applies "in store". I then managed to get hold of customer services and the told me the same. My fault......despite this being an on-line application through the ATS website....it could only be applied for in store purchases??I had missed where it said this......in the paragraph slightly above the "15% off Michelin, BFgoodrich, Avon and Tigar Tyres!" which was a lot more prominent.The reason why you should be very wary of this is because, as an over 60 you will be likely out of pocket.My tyres online after the normal discount for 4 tyres came to £495. I was expecting to apply my over 60s 15% discount which would have brought the overall cost down to around £420.Remember that you can only use the 15% in-store. While I was at the centre I asked for a price on the same tyres with the 15% over 60s discount included. I was given a price of £554!!!!!Whether this is intentional or not, it is completely wrong that a national company such as ATS should offer over 60s, or anybody, a 15% discount on their website that is for only use instore that will cost the customer, in this case PENSIONERS, more.Quite simply.....I was ordering my tyres online but this offer basically needs me to go to an ATS centre which, with the discount, would be more expensive......bonkers.....but more importantly.....wrong.This offer needs to be more transparent........OVER 60s please be careful if you take out this offer.

Bren's Car struggling to start in the icy mornings. Rang Craig Moscrop at ATS in Carlisle who told us to bring the Car in to check if it is a Battery or Charging Issue.5 mins testing confirm old battery needs replacing.Choice of Batteries available, but went for their top Platinum Battery with 5 Year Warranty. Battery ordered and fitted a couple of days later. All is Good, Car starting like new!Great Service from Craig Moscrop and the ATS Carlisle Team, Thanks :-)

Just want to say a big thank you toKayleigh and Nigel.At Heath Hays Cannock.They went the extra mile to sort problem with my car.Absolutely brilliant service would give 6 stars if it was possible.Once again a big thank you.

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received at the Portsmouth branch today. I went in for an MOT and let them know that the brakes had been squeaking. Within 20 minutes they came out to tell me my battery had died and they needed me to pay for a new one before they could even finish the MOT. I have never had a problem with the battery on this car, so I don't know what they did, and I definitely didn't need a new battery for them to complete it.The car then failed on the brakes. I did not trust their judgement, and their inability to give me any idea on how much it would cost to fix was the final straw. I left and took it down the road to a local garage, where it passed straight away with no indication of there being anything wrong with the brakes or the battery.This is absolutely appalling - reeling people in with cheap MOTs only to try and scam them out of more money (I assume I must've seemed an easy target, as a young woman). The man on the desk was rude and incompassionate. DO NOT TRUST these cheap MOTs. Disgusting.

Visited 7/1/2021 for an MOT the car failed on two front tyres both the manager and the man on reception who was very jolly went above and beyond to fit the tyre fitting in and retest while we waited even though they where very busy and booked they managed to pull together and get us sorted !!!Two very happy jolly members of the team that given the current difficult times of COVID managed to brighten the day up with their banter and comradeship, they truly are a credit to ATS and made our visit enjoyable even though it cost to get new tyres they made that humorous too with some jolly banter we visited last year and encountered the same so ATS should recognise the whole team at Doncaster as truly an asset to the company who all bounce off each other and make the whole experience a very pleasant one !!! Ps don’t forget lads we’ll be back next time and will want a discount or a biscuit anyway

Took my car in today’s as advised by garage I needed to replace front tires. Left my car at ATS Didcot. Received a call from the ATS guy kindly advising I didn’t require new ones as the treads were well within legal limit. He took the time to show and explain to me what to look for. Very polite, professional and saved me paying out. Very honest indeed. ?
